AdvThermaLogic Pro Edition v2.0 is thermal process engineering software for continuous-flow processing, producing accurate results that can be defended, deviation decisions in minutes rather than days, and file-ready scheduled processes and audit packs. AdvThermaLogic Pro is the full edition of the AdvThermaLogic suite, developed by Advanced Food-Tech Solutions for aseptic, HTST, UHT and hot-fill continuous-flow thermal processing. It runs on Windows and macOS and contains 21 modules with no add-ons or later upsells. Pro resolves the process rather than averaging it. The Hold Tube Design module performs a 2D axisymmetric solve across radius and length, resolving temperature, F-value and velocity fields together under real boundary conditions. Because it resolves the radial direction it exposes the fastest-moving element at the centreline, the product that receives the least lethality and the one a scheduled process must protect. Profiles can be taken at any radial or axial position, plotted and exported, for laminar and turbulent flow and for indirect and direct steam systems, with full mesh and model information reported for review. The Process Deviation module sets the scheduled process against what was actually recorded, covering minimum recorded temperature, maximum recorded flow, lower recorded preheater temperature and worst-case combinations. It returns the achieved F-value against the scheduled value and states the compliance position in plain language, distinguishing an acceptable result from a severe deviation, with correction factors applied for indirect and direct steam. Case Comparison saves every calculation as a timestamped case and reviews them together. Flow, corrected flow, maximum velocity, length, internal diameter, residence time, F₀, hold tube and preheater temperatures, flow regime, Reynolds number and correction factors are captured per row, so it is clear exactly what changed between scenarios and why the answer moved. Laminar and turbulent cases can be compared directly, rows deleted, sets cleared, files saved and reloaded, and the whole comparison printed to PDF. The Process Optimizer weighs microbial lethality against quality retention, so the required safety is delivered without over-processing away colour, texture and nutrition. Work is aligned to 21 CFR 113 and 114, PMO, 9 CFR FSIS and EU guidance, with the method documented beside the number, so the same inputs give the same outputs and remain reproducible years later. Output includes process letter requests, scheduled process documentation, case history and PDF export, so the file leaves the building with the process instead of being rebuilt for the review. The complete module inventory covers indirect processing systems, direct-steam systems, hot-fill-hold, milk processing, process deviation, scheduled process calculation, microwave and ohmic temperature estimation, the process optimizer and the 2D hold tube design model, together with process letter request, temperature and treatment charts, hold tube, CIP and SIP directions, critical parameters, and helper tools for F-value, exit temperature, wall shear, Reynolds number, non-Newtonian fluids, multi-section hold tubes and the audit module, plus the user manual. Pro is licensed at 2,400 euro plus VAT as a one-time perpetual licence per seat, including every module with no expiry, approximately six hours of one-to-one training on the customer's own processes, one year of technical support, and Windows and macOS builds. An annual subscription is available at 790 euro plus VAT per year per seat, renewable, with support included. A five-day free trial is available with no card required. AdvThermaLogic Basic, at 790 euro plus VAT, covers indirect and direct-steam systems, scheduled process, F-value and hold-tube length, hot-fill-hold and milk processing, and process deviation evaluation; Pro adds 2D hold-tube simulation, multi-case comparison with saved history, PDF report export, the process optimizer, microwave and ohmic temperature estimation, the audit module and process letter request, and one-to-one training.
