Comparison
The Comparison Table (Pro Edition) lets you save multiple calculation runs as traceable “cases” and review them side-by-side in a single view. Each row captures the key inputs and outputs (e.g., flow, geometry, residence time, F-value, etc.), making it easy to compare scenarios and see exactly what changed. In Pro, you can delete selected cases, clear the full list, and export a PDF report for documentation and team review.
The 2D axisymmetric simulation model (Pro Edition) provides a physics-based view of what happens inside pipes and holding tubes by resolving the radial (r) and axial (z) directions. Instead of relying only on average values, it predicts temperature fields, velocity profile effects, and time/thermal response trends under realistic boundary conditions—helping you understand process sensitivity and “what-if” changes in flow rate, tube geometry, and heating conditions.

The Process Deviation module (Pro Edition) helps you evaluate deviations from a scheduled continuous thermal process by comparing the planned setpoints to the actual operating conditions. It organizes the key parameters (flow, temperature targets, residence time assumptions, and related calculations) into a clear, traceable format so you can quickly assess impact, document the event, and support engineering review and corrective actions.
