Advanced Food-Tech Solutions delivers self-paced, certificate-granting e-learning courses in thermal processing for food process engineers, QA teams, students and industry professionals, alongside on-site workshops tailored to your plant and products. Four online courses are available, all self-paced with a certificate on completion. General Principles of Thermal Processing, at 210 euro, is the complete foundation course for anyone working with thermally processed foods, covering thermo-bacteriology, equipment types across retort, hot-fill and aseptic systems, GMP fundamentals and case studies. Thermal Process Design of Canned Foods through Ball's Formula Method, at 80 euro, covers step-by-step retort scheduling using Ball's method with worked examples, lethality integration and scheduled process development for in-container processing. The Advanced Process Calculation Course, at 80 euro, covers the mathematics used in practice: F, D and z values, Reynolds number and flow regime analysis, thermal and volumetric expansion and hold-tube design, with practical exercises and downloadable calculators. The Aseptic Processing and Packaging Workshop, at 25 euro, is a focused session on aseptic processing and packaging fundamentals covering systems, sterilization, validation principles and regulatory requirements for aseptic operations. On-site training brings the same expertise to your plant, with hands-on sessions tailored to your lines, products and team, delivered on site or online. Modules can be selected from aseptic operations covering sterilisation in place, media fills and packaging sterilisation; thermal process design and validation covering F₀, pasteurisation units, residence time and Reynolds number; retort heat penetration and temperature distribution studies; hold-tube design, flow profiling and troubleshooting; and documentation, CAPA and audit readiness. All training aligns with 21 CFR Part 113, PMO, EU food hygiene regulations and retailer standards. Booking an on-site session takes three steps. Send your preferred dates, location and topics through the request form. We confirm the agenda and trainer availability and align on your specific needs. You then receive a proposal with scope, schedule and pricing. Sessions include practical exercises, downloadable materials and a certificate of completion, with a reply within one business day. Two free browser-based food safety training games form part of the education programme. The Commissioning Run is a process authority simulator built for experts: a new line is starting up and every product on it needs a call, with 31 case files across five stations and four operators, scored on process integrity. The Kitchen Run is built for shoppers and home cooks, following food from the supermarket shelf to the dinner table across five or fifteen decisions covering shopping, storage, cooking and serving. Advanced Food-Tech Solutions is based in Athens, Greece, available across the European Union for on-site work and worldwide for remote delivery.
