The AFTS-FSIS pipeline runs continuously in four stages. Collection: automated scrapers hit 66 regulator feeds worldwide twice daily, and between passes four independent AI gap-finders sweep regulator websites to catch anything missed. Enrichment: every raw recall is normalised across languages, so variant spellings of a pathogen collapse into one canonical name, with severity tiered, outbreaks flagged and URLs gated against regulator domains. Analysis: daily, weekly and monthly cadences, where deterministic statistics feed an AI-generated narrative reviewed under process authority, with each finding tied to an engineering failure mode and a regulatory framework. Delivery: an email digest on Friday, a monthly report on the first, and real-time alerts on match, with deduplication and staleness guards and one-click unsubscribe, plus the dataset available as XLSX. Seven products run on one platform. The Live AFTS-FSIS Dashboard is an interactive intelligence platform with pathogen filters, live feed, severity tiers, outbreak flags and cross-region comparisons, with tabs for recall intelligence, live news, daily, weekly, monthly and XLSX, Tier-1 and outbreak chip filters, and direct links to the originating regulator notices. The Daily Brief is auto-generated each morning covering the previous day's regulatory activity worldwide, with Tier-1 triage, a KPI strip, regional grouping across EU, North America, Latin America, Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa and Oceania, and a rolling archive. The Weekly Intelligence Digest is an email briefing covering the week's global pathogen recall activity, with an AI-written narrative refined under process-authority voice, a top-five ranked threats table with direct links, KPI summary against the prior week, a leading pathogen card with case count and share, pathogen-specific engineering interpretation, and a process authority note on Clostridium, Listeria, Salmonella and STEC triggers. The Monthly Intelligence Report is the flagship: a nine-section analyst-grade briefing delivered as HTML email with PDF attachment, combining month-on-month Z-score, country by pathogen hotspots, outbreak timeline, HHI and Gini concentration metrics, predictive outlook by OLS, Poisson and CUSUM, and a top-ten severity ranking with a full appendix register. The Yearly Intelligence Report, published on 31 December, gives a twelve-month statistical review, pathogen trajectory models, annual comparisons and a forward-looking emerging-threat forecast. Custom Alerts, two included, allow personalised watch rules on pathogen, product, country and brand with AND and OR logic across more than 20 pathogens, more than 30 Codex product categories and more than 60 countries, emailed within minutes of publication. The downloadable XLSX dataset provides the full recall history — every pathogen, every country, every source — in a single spreadsheet. Every statistic is computed deterministically from the validated recalls dataset; the AI narrative receives these pre-computed signals as authoritative context and interprets them without recomputing them. Methods include month-on-month Z-score against a rolling baseline; Pearson chi-squared standardised residuals on the country by pathogen contingency to identify over-represented combinations; cluster detection on a 14-day sliding window requiring at least three same-pathogen events; the Herfindahl-Hirschman Index on source shares to test whether signal is broad or dominated by one agency; a Gini coefficient on country distribution to measure geographic concentration; Z-score on current-month share against historical mean to identify emerging pathogens; a weighted severity index combining volume, Tier-1 share, outbreaks and hotspots into a 0 to 100 score; OLS regression on monthly counts for a next-month forecast with 95 percent confidence interval; Poisson CDF on per-pathogen monthly counts for upper bounds on rare pathogens; and Page's tabular cumulative sum to detect structural shifts in the mean recall rate.
