AFTS Food-Tech Programs: thermal process engineering software and tools for food professionals, including calculators, AdvThermaLogic, aseptic and retort process design, validation, heat transfer, and technical reference data. Advanced Food-Tech Solutions develops process-authority software and engineering tools for food thermal processing, including F-value and exit-temperature calculations, Reynolds and non-Newtonian fluid analysis, AdvThermaLogic desktop software, retort and aseptic process design, SIP validation, sanitary heat-exchanger engineering, P&ID design, and cited thermal-process reference data. Current and upcoming tools include the Unit Converter, Reynolds Number Calculator, F-Value Calculator, Exit Temperature Calculator, Non-Newtonian Fluid Analyzer, Ball’s Formula Method, AdvThermaLogic Pro, AdvThermaLogic Basic, AdvThermaLogic Academic, AdvThermaLogic In-Container, The F-Value Library, AdvPiD CAD, HX Studio, Aseptic Tank Validator, Process Schedule — Aseptic / Continuous, and Process Design — In-Container. The free web tools support unit conversion, Reynolds number and flow-regime calculations, F-value calculations, and determination of required exit temperature for thermal processing. Advanced tools extend these capabilities to non-Newtonian fluid analysis, retort process design, aseptic process calculations, heat exchanger engineering, P&ID development, SIP validation, and thermal-process reference data. The AdvThermaLogic software suite supports thermal process engineering for HTST, UHT, aseptic, hot-fill, and related continuous-flow applications. AdvThermaLogic In-Container extends the platform to retort, canning, and batch sterilization, including process design, heat penetration, temperature distribution, process deviation analysis, optimization, and scheduled-process documentation. These tools are intended for food engineers, process authorities, food scientists, technologists, QA professionals, researchers, consultants, and food-processing facilities requiring scientifically based calculations, process-development tools, validation support, and documented engineering outputs.
